Despite being homeless, the staff at Ramada were incredibly accommodating. They treated my service dog with respect, unlike the previous hotel that rejected us. Sadie Grace enjoyed her stay and the service was helpful.

I really appreciated that the hotel was only a short walk away from the Batesville Parks and Recreation area, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and it was also just under 3 km from the charming Batesville Commercial Historic District, making it easy to explore local landmarks and history without dealing with long commutes.

Upon arrival, the front handicap parking spots were occupied, and we faced confusion about where to park as they were painting the building. The smell of weed upon check-in was off-putting, and noise from other guests made for a rough night. I had trouble sleeping with people running in and out of the side door. The TV didn’t work properly, and the remote looked like it had seen better days, being taped up. Breakfast options were sparse, relying on frozen burritos and muffins that disappointed. Finding a few bugs and a less-than-clean look in areas didn't help the impression either.
